CertiBike provides digital identity, anti-theft verification, recovery coordination, and certification services for bicycles and bicycle components.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CertiBike. By using the Services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activities associated with your account.

4. Bike Registration and Ownership

Users may register bicycles through the CertiBike platform. Ownership may be classified as Claimed Ownership or Verified Ownership.

5. QR Codes and Physical Tags

Users may not tamper with, duplicate, remove, or alter CertiBike QR tags or identifiers linked to Digital Bike Passports.

6. Anti-Theft Services

Anti-Theft Activation may include theft reporting, recovery coordination, real-time detection alerts, and partner shop verification services.

CertiBike does not guarantee recovery of stolen bicycles.

7. Payments and Fees

Certain services require payment, including anti-theft activation, certification, and shipping services.

8. Limitation of Liability
